Hypnotherapy

Questions we often get asked

Hypnotherapy is a guided process that helps you access a calm, focused state where lasting change becomes easier.
In that state, we work directly with subconscious patterns to release blocks, reframe habits, and support emotional or behavioral transformation.

Hypnotherapy uses a trance state to gently bypass the conscious mind, which often protects or blocks deeper material. From there, we work directly with the root cause, where real change begins.  Read more

Discovery Call

Questions we often get asked

We talk about what you are currently experiencing, the patterns you feel stuck in, and what kind of change you would like to create. I will also explain how my hypnotherapy and subconscious work process functions so you can see if it resonates with you.

No. The Discovery Call is not a therapeutic session. It is a space for us to understand your situation and determine whether working together would be helpful for you.

The call lasts around 20 minutes and takes place online.

If we both feel it is a good fit, we can schedule the first conversational session, where we explore your patterns more deeply and prepare the hypnosis work.

I primarily work with people who feel stuck in recurring patterns, limiting beliefs, or trauma-related emotional responses, even after doing personal development or therapy work.

Repeating Patterns

If you have more questions please get in touch

Repeating patterns often come from subconscious beliefs and nervous system responses formed earlier in life.
Your mind learns strategies to keep you safe or accepted, but those strategies can continue long after they are helpful. Identifying these patterns is the first step toward creating healthier responses.

Self-sabotage usually happens when part of the subconscious mind associates success, visibility, or change with risk.
By working with the subconscious and regulating the nervous system, it becomes possible to replace those internal conflicts with patterns that support growth and confidence.

Overthinking is often connected to hypervigilance in the nervous system.
When the brain is trying to predict and prevent potential problems, it can become stuck in loops of analysis and doubt. Learning to regulate the nervous system helps reduce these mental cycles and restore clarity.

Yes. The brain has the ability to reorganize and create new neural pathways, a process known as neuroplasticity.
When deeper patterns are brought into awareness and addressed through targeted approaches like hypnotherapy and subconscious work, new responses can gradually replace old automatic behaviors.

Some common signs include:

  • Repeating the same relationship or work dynamics
  • Feeling stuck despite trying to change
  • Fear of making mistakes or being visible
  • People-pleasing or difficulty setting boundaries
  • Cycles of burnout, overworking, or procrastination

These patterns often operate automatically until they are consciously explored and shifted.

This work may be a good fit if you feel that certain patterns keep repeating in your life despite your efforts to change them.

Many of my clients are intelligent, self-aware individuals who have already done personal development, therapy, or coaching but still notice recurring patterns such as overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or self-sabotage.

If you’re curious about whether this approach could support you, the best next step is simply to book a free Discovery Call.
During the call, we can explore your situation and see whether this work feels aligned for you.

Limiting Belief

If you have more questions please get in touch

Limiting beliefs are subconscious thoughts that shape how you see yourself, your abilities, and what you believe is possible in your life.
These beliefs often develop through past experiences, family conditioning, or early emotional learning and can quietly influence decisions, confidence, and behavior.

Limiting beliefs can influence many areas of life, including relationships, career decisions, and personal confidence.
They often appear as self-doubt, fear of failure, difficulty taking opportunities, or the feeling of being stuck despite wanting change.

Yes. Thanks to neuroplasticity, the brain can create new neural pathways throughout life.
When subconscious beliefs are identified and addressed through deeper work such as hypnotherapy and subconscious reprogramming, new and healthier patterns can gradually replace old beliefs.

Some common signs include:

  • Frequently doubting your abilities
  • Feeling afraid to take opportunities
  • Believing success or happiness is “not for you”
  • Feeling stuck in the same situations or outcomes
  • Comparing yourself negatively to others

Recognizing these patterns is often the first step toward changing them.

As limiting beliefs begin to shift, many people experience increased confidence, clearer decision-making, and a stronger sense of personal freedom.
Changing these beliefs allows individuals to approach opportunities, relationships, and challenges from a more empowered perspective.

Trauma Imprints

If you have more questions please get in touch

Trauma-related imprints are emotional and nervous system responses created during overwhelming or distressing experiences. These responses can remain stored in the subconscious and influence behavior, emotional reactions, and stress responses over time.

Trauma imprints can appear as heightened anxiety, difficulty trusting others, emotional triggers, or feeling constantly on guard. These reactions often occur automatically because the nervous system learned to protect itself during past experiences.

No. The goal of this work is not to force you to relive traumatic experiences. Instead, the focus is on helping the nervous system process and release the emotional imprint so that the body and mind can return to a greater sense of safety.

Yes. The nervous system has the ability to adapt and heal through processes such as neuroplasticity and nervous system regulation. With the right support, many people experience meaningful shifts in how they respond to stress and emotional triggers.

Some signs may include strong emotional reactions to certain situations, difficulty relaxing, fear of rejection or abandonment, or feeling constantly alert or overwhelmed. These patterns can often improve when the underlying imprint is addressed.

Support Needs

If you have more questions please get in touch

Some situations require specialized clinical, psychological, or medical treatment. In those cases, it is important that individuals receive the level of care that best supports their health and safety. My role is to work within my scope and refer to licensed professionals when appropriate.

In some cases, yes. Subconscious and nervous system work can complement other forms of professional support when appropriate. If you are already working with a licensed therapist or medical professional, this work may sometimes be integrated alongside their care.

If you are unsure, the best step is to book a Discovery Call. We can briefly discuss your situation and determine whether this work is appropriate for you or whether another type of support may be more suitable.

Working responsibly means recognizing when someone would benefit from specialized clinical care. Being transparent about these boundaries helps ensure that people receive the safest and most appropriate support for their situation.

If you are experiencing a crisis or having thoughts of harming yourself or others, it is important to contact emergency services or a licensed mental health professional immediately. This work is not designed to provide crisis intervention.
